Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use the store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security, or publish unlawful or misleading material.

Read the product description, specifications, selected variant, and included items before ordering. Photographs help illustrate products; colours may appear different on different screens. Any renewed or refurbished condition should be identified in the individual listing.

For car accessories, check your vehicle model, dimensions, fitting requirements, and any installation needs. For electronics and gadgets, check voltage, plug type, device compatibility, and manufacturer instructions. For home decor and everyday essentials, check measurements, materials, and care guidance.

Contact us before ordering if compatibility or a specification is unclear. Use products as intended and follow applicable vehicle, electrical, and safety requirements. Arrange qualified installation where the manufacturer requires it.

Submitting checkout sends an order request with your selected products and delivery details. The submission message acknowledges receipt; availability and fulfilment remain subject to confirmation. Please keep your order reference and contact details available for follow-up.

If an item is unavailable or a listing contains a material error, we will contact you about the available options before proceeding with a change. Any replacement or revised price requires your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, any amount paid for the unfulfilled order must be refunded.

Store prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED). Review the listed price and order total before submitting. Any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or other charges must be disclosed before you agree to the final purchase.

The current checkout collects order and delivery details rather than payment-card information. Contact our team to confirm the available payment method and any delivery charges for your order. Do not send card details through product reviews, email, or WhatsApp.

Promotional offers apply only to the products, dates, and conditions stated in the offer. A promotion does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

Checkout supports the UAE locations listed in the delivery form. Delivery availability and timing depend on the destination, product availability, and courier arrangements. Confirm timing with our team if you need an item for a particular date.

Provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Tell us promptly if details need correcting or if an order has not arrived as expected. Check the delivered items and contact us if anything is missing, incorrect, or damaged; photographs and an order reference can help us investigate.

For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed item, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will assess the matter and arrange the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

For a change-of-mind return, contact us before sending an item back to confirm eligibility, instructions, and any applicable costs. Keep accessories and packaging where possible to help with safe returns. These practical requests do not remove any mandatory rights relating to faulty goods.

Where a refund is due, our team will confirm the amount, method, and expected processing time. These terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable rule or limit rights provided by UAE consumer-protection law.

Any advertised manufacturer or seller warranty is specific to the product. Refer to the listing and supplied warranty documents for its duration, coverage, and claim process; contact us before buying if these details are unclear.

Warranty assessment may consider misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or installation contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions. A commercial warranty is additional to applicable statutory rights and cannot exclude them.

Reviews should reflect your own experience and must not contain private information, abusive content, or material that infringes another person’s rights. By submitting a review, you allow Urban Big Box to display it with your submitted reviewer name in connection with the product.

Our branding, text, and site design, and third-party product images or trademarks, belong to their respective owners. Do not copy or reuse them commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Applicable UAE law governs these terms. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Please contact our support team first so we can investigate an order or product concern. This does not prevent you from contacting a competent consumer-protection authority or pursuing a remedy through the competent courts.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the store. We may revise these terms as the store or legal requirements change. The version applicable when you place an order governs that order, subject to mandatory law and any changes expressly agreed with you.
